Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or clinical field; license/registration to practice; minimum 3 years' experience working with children and adolescents; proficiency in evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, play therapy).
Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ethical, client-centered care are essential.
