What should I expect in the first session?
The first session is a gentle, supportive conversation. Your therapist will ask about your concerns, goals, and what brought you to therapy. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and get comfortable with the process. By the end of the session, you and your therapist will agree on a plan that feels right for you.
How long does therapy take?
Every client is different. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (6–12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term support. Your therapist will work with you to determine the duration based on your goals and progress.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. We provide secure online sessions for clients who prefer virtual support or live outside Jeddah. Online therapy is conducted through confidential platforms.
How do I book a session?
You can book a session through:
- Our website booking form
- Phone call
We will guide you through the process and help you choose the right therapist. You can find our contact information on the website.
Is everything I share confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All sessions are confidential except in rare situations where safety laws require a therapist to act (such as risk of harm). Your therapist will discuss confidentiality with you in the first session so you feel safe and informed.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time, but we can provide an official invoice and a report for reimbursement depending on your policy.
What if I don’t connect with my therapist?
Finding the right therapist matters. If you feel the match isn't right, we will gladly help you switch to another clinician on our team—no questions asked.
Do you work with children and families?
Yes. ACT Center offers therapy for children, teens, parents, and families, including play therapy and parent-guidance sessions. We support emotional, behavioral, developmental, and school-related concerns, and more.
What languages do your therapists speak?
Depending on the therapist, we offer sessions in:
- Arabic
- English
- French
What makes ACT Center different?
We combine modern, research-based therapy with a warm, culturally grounded approach. Our philosophy is simple: every person deserves compassionate care that respects their story, background, and goals. We tailor each treatment to the individual, not the other way around.
How long is each session?
The first intake session is 80 minutes. Each therapy session afterwards is 50 minutes. We kindly ask clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any required forms. Please note that late arrivals result in a shorter session, as we must end on time.

If external services are needed, we may refer you to trusted providers.
Please note: Therapists cannot treat clients who have close family or friendship ties with another client under their care at the same time.
