Personal statement
I am passionate about redefining therapy as a space for growth, self-discovery, and prevention—not just “treatment” or “recovery.” In my work, I support clients in unlearning unhelpful patterns with curiosity and compassion, always emphasizing personal growth rather than focusing on “fixing.”
My approach is collaborative: I see my role as walking alongside clients as they learn to live in alignment with their own values and cultivate meaningful connections. Drawing on interdisciplinary and critical frameworks, my practice is attentive not only to what happens in the therapy room, but also to the broader social forces that shape mental health challenges. For me, therapy is about creating space for resilience, authenticity, and deeper connection—with oneself and with others.
