Personal statement

As a mental health counselor, my goal is to provide a warm, compassionate and caring space where children, teens, adults, and families can find support during difficult times. Whether you’re navigating a recent diagnosis, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma or PTSD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, or major life changes, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I draw on a blend of evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems Therapy, and Narrative Therapy—tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, resilience, and stronger relationships, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
