I’m Aya, a licensed clinical psychotherapist with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from United Arab Emirates University and have experience working with adults using Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical BehaviorTherapy (DBT).

The relationship I build with each client is at the heart of my work, I truly believe it’s the biggest predictor of how therapy will unfold. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and flexibility, with space for humor when it fits. I don’t see therapy as one-size-fits-all; sometimes it’s through conversation, other times through creative methods like art or play. What matters most is shaping the process around what feels right for you .

I see therapy as a partnership. I trust in my clients’ ability to navigate their own lives, and I also value the chance to learn from their perspectives along the way. Respecting cultural and religious backgrounds is central to my work. I strive to create an environment where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore your goals in a way that feels true to you.
