I am Dr. Wajdy Mukhtar, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist specializing in the diagnosis and psychopharmacological treatment of psychiatric disorders, as well as providing a wide range of evidence-based therapies. My clinical expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

I completed my Residency Training Program in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the Freiburg University Medical Center in Germany, and I hold the German Board of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. I also earned my MBBS from the Faculty of Medicine at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
